About my books

CHARTING JAMICA'S ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT - A MUCH NEEDED PARADIGM SHIFT The book, "Charting Jamaica's Economic and Social Development - a much needed paradigm shift", examines the economic and social development between 1962 (when Jamaica gained independence) and 2007. It highlights the fact that Jamaica has not seen much relative progress over that period, and in fact has declined in comparison to its regional counterparts. The analysis starts by taking an objective look at the economic indicators and asks the question, why has Jamaica not been able to take advantage of the significant natural resources and human talent it possesses.

ACHIEVING LIFE'S EQUILIBRIUM - BALANCING HEALTH, WEALTH, AND HAPPINESS FOR OPTIMAL LIVING My most recent book (released October 2012) looks at how we can all apply certain principles in order to achieve an equilibrium mix between health, wealth, and happiness in order to optimize our lives. These three pillars of life (health, wealth, and happiness) are all necessary components for contentment in life, but so many of us never seem to achieve it because we focus only on one aspect or the other. The book is available on Amazon, and I have been receiving very good feedback on it so far.
